We emphasize on quality before quantity so there is not always an immediate availability for potential clientele, but we do our best to offer the perfect financial opportunities for each of our clients - whether it's a long term 'nest egg' investment in residential property or if it's a short term investment in buying up commercial premises.

There are of course more detailed and varied packages we offer in each of these streams (to do with various rates of return and dates of payout according to the length of your contract with us for example), but our team will be ale to go through those with you as and when you see fit to join our successful journey.

Residential properties

We offer a range of investment opportunities in the form of residential properties from apartments to detached houses both for sale and rent spread across the UK in a range of metropolitan areas.

We have found that a typical yield for investment in residential properties lies between 4 - 8% of the gross invested amount by the client within the first quarter.

Commercial premises

We also offer a range of opportunities in commercial premises as a means of investment. This may consist of both the rental and selling of commercial premises.

We have found that a typical yield for investment in commercial premises lies between 3 - 7% of the gross invested amount by the client within the first quarter, however we have found that commercial premises tend to offer a more stable long term investment.
